My husband and I watched
Serenity for the first time a few days ago. It was very, very well done in my opinion. The simplicity of the storyline, coupled with decent acting, and not overdone action scenes, lent to a very well rounded movie. It was one of the better ones I'd seen in a long time. I won't give any spoilers here, but I strongly suggest you watch it. It's worth it.
Loved the Firefly series and loved the Serenity movie too. River Tam rocks, doesn't she?!?!
ReplyDeleteNow I'm watching the new series Dollhouse (also created by Joss Whedon) and it's great. I highly recommend it.
I haven't seen Dollhouse yet, but I'm curious. I never watched Buffy (also a Whedon creation), but Firefly was just a great series. It's too bad it didn't keep going.
